vinAmite Cellars
vinAmité Cellars is a family-operated winery and wine lounge located in South Okanagan devoted to traditional French varietals. The winery is Salmon-Safe certified and has two 100% Salmon-Safe wines.
vinAmité Chardonnay 2022: The aromas of crème brûlée and green apple are further enhanced with the rich tastes of lemon meringue pie. With a touch of butterscotch on the finish, this Chardonnay is carefully nurtured from vineyard to bottle.
vinAmité Gamay Noir 2022: This unique and delicate red wine is crafted from the vibrant expression of cherry and cranberry. Its clarity and complex flavours of fresh-baked pies combined with savoury and spicy notes are graced with gentle tannins and French oak.

Tantalus
Since 2019, Tantalus Vineyards has been a Salmon-Safe BC-certified site, implementing sustainability into its operations. The vineyard farms without herbicides and insecticides and strives to use organic-certified sprays. Their commitment to eco-friendly practices is also showcased through their wines.
They have three varieties of wines, which are at least 97% Salmon-Safe certification: 2021 Old Vines Riesling, 2023 Rosé, 2022 Chardonnay.
